John leverages his unique background in the legal field and negotiation, as well as a love for beautiful houses, to provide each of his clients with a personalized and highly successful real estate experience. Specializing in luxury homes and new construction homes, John has helped a variety of home buyers and home sellers from all across the United States find homes in the Houston market. 

 

Originally from North Carolina, John grew up surrounded by giant trees and golf courses. He studied business in college before going to law school at the University of Illinois College of Law, where he focused on business law and negotiation. Career opportunity took him west to Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, but after leaving Nike he set his sightes on Houston for its amazing climate, economic expansion, and beautiful homes. After getting his Texas real estate license, John quickly found his niche in new construction and later began pursuing his LUX certification. In March of 2023, John met Yuri Torres and in May of 2023 he officially joined AYRE Realty as a full time REALTOR and the Vice President of Operations.
